Reclassifying lots

In the Stock reports, you can select and reclassify lots.

  1. Select the lots to be reclassified:
    • To select one lot, select a row.
    • To select all the lots in the report, select the check box in the column header.
    • To select several lots, you can proceed in two ways:
      • You can select lots one by one.
      • You can select all lots, then deselect, one by one, the lots to be excluded from reclassification.
  2. Click the Reclassify lot button above the result list.
  3. In the Reclassify Lot dialog box, specify a transaction reason, a status code, and a remark, then click Reclassify.
    Each reclassification is marked with a group hold code.
