Product Recall Automation

The Product Recall Automation solution creates, manages, and validates recall issues across customers and customer orders in M3. This solution uses Infor Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Infor M3 Graphical Lot Tracker (GLT), and Infor M3 Portals to ensure that the product recall process is accurate, auditable, and ready for compliance.

These tasks are automated:

Group customer orders by customer with items traced from a specific lot that has an associated recall issue.
Create separate issues in M3 Portals for each customer affected by the recall issue.
Assign external users as watchers for each new recall issue.
