Creating customer-specific recall issues using the Product Recall widget
- From M3 Graphical Lot Tracker, open the Product Recall widget.
- Specify this information:
- Issue Number
- Specify the issue number of the initial recall issue in M3 Portals.
- Step ID
- Specify the step ID of the affected item lot. Alternatively, you can navigate to the trace panel of the affected item lot to automatically fill this field with the appropriate step ID.
- Actual Reason Code
- Optionally, select the actual reason code for the new recall issue.
- Text
- Provide a description of the new recall issue.
The Initial Reason Code field shows the reason code selected in the initial recall issue in M3 Portals. Alternatively, you can select a new initial reason code.
- In the File Upload field, click the folder icon and browse to the customer list report CSV file.
- Click Submit.
