Prerequisites
Before using this solution, you must ensure that these applications are provisioned in the tenant:
- RPA Framework
- Infor M3 Portals
- Infor M3 Graphical Lot Tracker (GLT)
- Infor Document Management (IDM)
Additionally, you must ensure that customer watcher users in M3 Portals have an active status and an external or limited license type in 'User. Open' (MNS150).
IDM Document Type Configuration
IDM Document Type Configuration stores the GLT customer list CSV that users upload through the Product Recall Widget for recall processing and audit traceability.
This version of the document type must contains these attributes:

Product Recall Widget Prerequisites
- Product Recall RPA process must be deployed and active.
- An RPA Job must be created for the Product Recall process.
- RPA Job ID must be configured in the widget settings.
- Widget must be deployed and added to Graphical Lot Tracker - In Context Widgets.
- Order Category = 311 (Customer Orders) must be configured.
Note: You cannot initiate the recall process if the RPA Job ID is not configured.
