Search features

These elements are displayed in all search panels:

In the search attribute fields, you can specify search values.
Using the transaction date calendar, you can specify values in the From Date and To Date fields.
In the Limit field, you can define a limit for the number of search results. This limit prevents numerous hits in a widely defined search. The default value is 100.

The search criteria values that you specify are validated by the system.

Configuration options on Search panels and Search result lists

The M3 Graphical Lot Tracker administrator can configure the Search panels and the Search results and perform these actions:

Include or exclude the pre-configured data fields on Search panels and Search result lists.
Rearrange the display order on Search panels and Search result lists.
Enable or disable predefined hyperlinks on the Search result lists.
Add customized links to the Search result lists
The administrator can configure a customized link to open a search page in M3 Graphical Lot Tracker, open a program in M3 Business Engine, or open a list with additional trace details.
Add predefined context messages to the Search result list.
