Group panel reports
- Customer List: lists customer order deliveries (See Trace panel reports.)
- Supplier List: lists material and supplier information (See Trace panel reports.)
- Stock reports: lists products and materials in stock related to trace object/s. Can be used for lot reclassification. (See Trace panel reports.)
- Compare Raw Material Usage: lists raw material usage.
To display reports that relate to a group of trace objects, click the icon in the Group panel.
Compare Raw Material Usage
Using this report, you can compare test results and raw-material usage for a selected group of manufactured lots. You can identify the differences that are related to poorer or better production results.
This report lists the results of manufacturing orders that are represented by selected steps in a group.
Several lots may be produced from the same manufacturing order. In this case, the raw-material usage is assumed to be shared in the same ratio as the produced quantity.
The report is based on the same logic as the Raw Material Shipped Quantity, and Raw Material Content reports. These reports depend on the same setting, which is .M3REPORT:RMContent_Unit.
Scrap can be excluded from the report calculations by enabling the Application Setting, .M3Report:Exclude_Scrap_Calculation.
