Accepting rejected transactions in bulk

  1. Click the Search tab.
  2. Specify search conditions to view the number of rejected transactions. The limit is set to show maximum 100 rows by default. This number can be extended to maximum 9999 records.
  3. If the result list shows a small number of rejected transactions, then select all the records from the grid and click the Accept button. All selected Trace steps are set to Broken trace, manually accepted.
  4. If the result list shows many rejected transactions, then click Batch tab.
  5. To create a bulk transactions list, you must select Transaction status, Facility, From date, To date, or all of these options.
  6. Click Accept. All selected Trace steps are set to Broken trace, automatically accepted.
