Customized link opening an M3 program - example

A customized link called WC details is described in this example.

  1. From the application menu, select System Administration > Panel Settings > Manufacture Tabs > Operations.
  2. Click the pencil icon to edit.
  3. Click Add new configuration.
  4. Select M3 Bookmark in the Type field.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Select Enter a value in the Field.
  7. Specify M3 link in the Field heading field.
  8. Specify WC details in the Value field.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Specify PDS010 in the Program name field.
  11. Specify MPDWCT in the Table name field.
  12. Click Next to display the Add new configuration dialog box.
  13. Specify this information for PPFACI parameter:
    GLT Field
    Select Enter a value.
    Value
    Specify A01.
  14. For the PPPLGR parameter, select W/C - H1_PLGR in the GLT Field.
  15. Specify E in the Panel field.
  16. Click Finish.
    A customized link field WC details is available in the M3 link column, on the Manufacture Tabs > Operations. The customized link is opened in the E-panel in M3 program PDS010. The link field is editable in the System Administration > Panels Settings > Manufacture Tabs > Operations.
