Scenario 2 – missing distribution order and stock count

The lot L1 for product P1 has been manufactured in warehouse W1. This lot has been shipped to warehouse W2. The distribution order was never created. Later, the lot is registered into stock by a stock count, then sold to a customer on the order 101, line 10, delivery 30.

This transaction is entered in the data queue:

From-Step = Distribute, From-Step Id = MO.W2.P1.L1, To-Step = Customer, To-Step Id CO.101.10.30

In the Rejected Transaction list, the transaction is displayed as Active in queue because the From-Step ID does not exist and the customer delivery cannot connect.

This example shows how to solve this scenario:

  1. Create the distribution order.
  2. Receive the order in the warehouse W2.
  3. Correct the quantity in stock by a stock count.
