Lot Audit

This report shows a summarized list of all the stock transactions, excluding internal movements, for a lot, together with the current stock. A check sum is included for each lot and must always be zero.

To display the detail transactions that make up a sum, in the Trans Type column, click the link for each line.

When exporting report data to Microsoft Excel, the Lot Audit report has an option to choose from two different export layouts: Export and Export extended. The extended export version makes it possible to view additional columns from Lot Audit details for each transaction type.

The report is also available on the Application menu pane.
