Customer List

This report lists all the customer order deliveries that have been affected by the selected trace objects.

The delivery address is displayed in a pop-up dialog box. To display address information for a delivery, click the link on the delivery number. The address is included in the data that is exported to Microsoft Excel.

Exporting contact details in the customer list

You can include the name and email address of a customer contact person in the export of the M3 Graphical Lot Tracker Customer List. To enable this you must connect the contact person to the customer in M3 Business Engine by following these steps:

  1. Create a Contact Type called GLT_RECALL in program 'Contact Type. Open'' (CRS621).
  2. Specify the Contact’s information, including their email address, in program 'Contact Person. Open'' (CRS618).
  3. Connect the Customer to the Contact in program 'Customer. Connect Contact' (CMS055), ensuring these settings have been applied:
    • Field Address Type must be set to 1 – Delivery address
    • Field Address Number can either be specified or blank
    • Field Contact Type must be set to GLT_RECALL
