Compare Raw Material Usage

Using this report, you can compare test results and raw-material usage for a selected group of manufactured lots. You can identify the differences that are related to poorer or better production results.

This report lists the results of manufacturing orders that are represented by selected steps in a group.

Several lots may be produced from the same manufacturing order. In this case, the raw-material usage is assumed to be shared in the same ratio as the produced quantity.

The report is based on the same logic as the Raw Material Shipped Quantity and Raw Material Content reports. These reports depend on the same setting, which is .M3REPORT:RMContent_Unit.

Scrap can be excluded from the report calculations by enabling the Application Setting, .M3Report:Exclude_Scrap_Calculation.
