Schedule Processing Transaction Data panel

From this panel, you can schedule transfers from the source system to M3 Graphical Lot Tracker only for these data sets:

  • Order Data
  • Transaction Data

The Master Data set is not included in the transfer, which results in reduced load time. The Master Data set is added or changed less frequently. For example, the company structure, the product structure, suppliers, and customers are added or updated less frequently.

The default value is ‘Not enabled’.

To schedule the order data sets and transaction data sets transfer:

  1. Select System Administration > Schedule Processing Transaction Data.
  2. On the Schedule Processing Transaction Data page, to enable the function, select the Enabled check box.
  3. In the Frequency field, set the schedule to run once a day, every second hour, or every fourth, eighth, or twelfth hour.
    Note: The UTC time zone is used for the date and time in the Schedule Processing Transaction Data panel.
  4. If the schedule must run longer than a day, then specify a start date and time for the last run.
  5. Click Save.
