User languages
In the Application Localization panel, lists of keys, and translations are displayed for the five languages currently supported in M3 Graphical Lot Tracker: English, French, German, Japanese, and Spanish.
Lists of keys comprise keys of different origins:
- Keys that are retrieved from M3 Business Engine programs
- Keys that have been created specifically for M3 Graphical Lot Tracker
Keys of both origins have been translated for all the supported languages.
M3 Graphical Lot Tracker administrators can create a user language that is not among the languages supported by M3 Graphical Lot Tracker.
When you create a language, the INTERFACE:ADMIN_OTHERLANGUAGE application setting must be enabled.
When you create a language, the keys that are retrieved from M3 Business Engine are automatically translated. You must manually translate the keys that have been created specifically for M3 Graphical Lot Tracker.
A language value should exist in the Internet browser settings of every user. This setting is used as the user language in M3 Graphical Lot Tracker. If the browser language setting is not supported in M3 Graphical Lot Tracker, then English is displayed by default.
