Difference between Rejected Transactions report and the Rejected Transactions Bulk Accept function
You can use the Rejected Transactions report to analyze and optionally accept rejected transactions, with the Add trace as incomplete' function. This function converts a single rejected starting point to a 'Broken trace, manually accepted', and processes all transactions that are included in the selected trace.
Note: Adding a new M3 facility or warehouse can result in thousands of
transactions. Processing them manually using the Rejected Transactions Report may not be
feasible.
Alternatively, you can use the Rejected Transactions Bulk Accept function to convert rejected transactions to accepted trace starting points. This function does not process any subsequent transactions. Initially, only the accepted trace starting point is displayed in the Trace Step diagram. However, when the Update Trace Line function is run, the entire trace becomes available.
Note: Only a user with administrator access can use the Rejected
Transactions Bulk Accept function.
