Update Trace Line panel

Data transfer from the source system to M3 Graphical Lot Tracker is typically scheduled to run once or twice a day. The transfer includes new or revised data from the source system.

You must schedule data transfers as per your business needs. If the data transfer has failed, then a warning message is displayed on the home page. If data transfer is required outside these scheduled times, then you can manually perform an ad hoc data transfer.

The data transfer includes:

  • Master Data (for example product structure, suppliers, and customers)
  • Order Data (order related data, such as order headers and lines, QMS, and packages)
  • Transaction Data (transaction details)

To manually perform an ad hoc data transfer:

  1. Select System Administration > Update Trace Line.
    The job starts immediately.
  2. To monitor progress, switch to the System Log panel and click the Refresh button.
