Setting the transaction status to Inspected

  1. Select Reports > Rejected Transaction Report.
  2. Select the Active in queue or Rejected status.
  3. Optionally, to refine the report, specify additional search criteria.
  4. Click Search.
  5. Locate the transaction and click the Inspected link in the Set status to column.
  6. If the circular trace situation is solved in M3 Business Engine, you can set the transactions with the Inspected status back to the Active in Queue status.
