Rejected Transactions Bulk Accept
When you extend a live implementation by adding a new facility or warehouse in M3 Business Engine, it is common to migrate the existing stock balances using Physical Inventory Variance transactions (TTYP=90). These transactions are rejected in M3 Graphical Lot Tracker, as they cannot be traced back to a purchase order.
The Rejected Transactions Bulk Accept panel is visible as an option under the menu. The function allows for a large number of rejected transactions to be accepted in bulk.
The Rejected Transactions Bulk Accept panel consists of two tabs:
- The Search tab is available to search for rejected transactions, based on Transaction status, Facility and Transaction date range. The resulting list shows rejected starting points. The Search tab has an option to accept multiple transactions.
- The Batch tab is used to accept large numbers of transactions in bulk, based on Transaction status, Facility and Date range.
