Common Report Features

The common features you can use when working with reports are the following:

  • Exporting to Microsoft Excel

    All reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel by clicking on the grid settings icon.

  • Sorting according to column header

    You can click any data heading in the report to sort the content by this column.

  • Filtering report content

    The filtering option is available by clicking on the grid settings icon.

    You can filter by one or several columns to get a better overview of large reports.

  • Column Personalization

    Columns can be added or removed in the report by clicking the grid settings icon.

    Note:  The grid settings icon is located in the top right corner of the heading line.
