Creating or Editing a Group in the Group Panel

The following procedures describe how to create and edit a group in the Group panel.

Create or Edit a Group

  1. Select one or more objects on the current trace line from the Current Group area.
  2. Click the double right arrow button to move the objects to the Active Group area.

    • If you want to remove an object from the Active Group area or clear this area, select an object or all objects and then click the double left arrow button.

    • If you want to add a single trace object which is not displayed in the group, type the corresponding trace step ID in the text box at the bottom of the Available Group area and then click the double right arrow next to it.

    • If you want to search for other objects to add to the group, save the group and perform a new search. Use the Group icon and select your saved group to add your search result to the group. Your search results will display in the Group panel. To save search results, click your saved group in the Available Group area.

  3. Enter a Group Name and click Save to work with the compiled group.
