Customer mode

The Customer mode in M3 Graphical Lot Tracker is a dedicated application server paired with a selection of parameters that allows trusted customer to have a remote access to trace and track their own orders according to predefined view settings.

To be able to use customer mode in M3 Graphical Lot Tracker, the following prerequisites apply:

• The parameter .INTERFACE:GRAPHNAVIGATION must be Disabled for the user group dedicated for customer mode.

• The parameter .INTERFACE:SEARCH_CUSTOMERSALE Enabled and all other .INTERFACE:SEARCH should be Disabled for the user group dedicated for customer mode

• The database configuration settings included in the standard M3 Graphical Lot Tracker deliverable can be used with the user group GLTCUST.
