Configuring for direct M3 database access

Your application can access the M3 database directly. The data connector M3 Database allows direct access to M3 database, if it is hosted on Microsoft SQL Server or IBM DB2.

If your M3 database is hosted on IBM DB2, you need to configure Websphere Application Server first.
