To generate stub

  1. From Data Sources, right click and select View Web Service Configurations.
  2. Select the Web service, then select Create Stubs.

Right click on the Project Explorer and select Refresh (or press F5) so that the stubs and the JAR file appear at the Project Explorer. Generated stubs are saved in the project workspace.
