Timeouts

Scheduled jobs in Infor e-Commerce should have at least 120 seconds to complete – preferably infinite time. For this reason, you need to disable the maximum transaction lifetime globally for the entire server instance.

To disable maximum transaction lifetime

  1. Log in to the WebSphere Administrative Console
  2. Go to Servers > Application Servers.
  3. Select Server 1 (for example) and Container Services and Transaction Service.
  4. Set the Total transaction lifetime timeout to zero.
  5. Click Save to apply changes to the master configuration (this is important) – the link is at the top of the console view.
