Timeouts
Scheduled jobs in Infor e-Commerce should have at least 120 seconds to complete – preferably infinite time. For this reason, you need to disable the maximum transaction lifetime globally for the entire server instance.
To disable maximum transaction lifetime
- Log in to the WebSphere Administrative Console
- Go to Servers > Application Servers.
- Select Server 1 (for example) and Container Services and Transaction Service.
- Set the Total transaction lifetime timeout to zero.
- Click Save to apply changes to the master configuration (this is important) – the link is at the top of the console view.
