Establishing markets

In Infor e-Commerce, a market constitutes a set of countries having a common item price list for the items being sold. A market determines the price a user has to pay for items purchased. The same prices and currency will apply to all countries belonging to a market. Therefore, all users belonging to a market see the same prices in the Customer Center.

Each market is assigned two price lists - list price and net price. Typically, the "list" price contains the standard market price and the "net" price contains the actual price. In the shop, users are charged the net price for their purchases; if the net price is not available for an item the user pays the list price for that item.
