Configuring customers for OCI

Before any customers can use the products download feature, you must configure the customer by making appropriate settings in the Users:Customers area of the Business Center.

  1. Log on to the Business Center as a merchant administrator.
  2. Click the Users:Customers link in the navigator.
  3. Use the search form and click Search to locate the customer you wish to edit.
  4. In the OCI Agreements area of the Customer Details page, make the following settings:
    Field Description
    Agreement Name Enter a name that will be easily recognizable for the users of the Business Center.
    Agreement Description Brief description for the agreement.
    Agreement Valid From The first day from which the agreement is valid.
    Agreement Valid To The last day till which the agreement is valid.
    Contact Person Buy Name of the contact person representing the buyer.
    Contact Person Sell Name of the contact person representing the seller.
  5. Click Save to submit your new settings.
