Merchant users

These users belong to the company maintaining the Infor e-Commerce setup. In Infor e-Commerce, this company is referred to as the "merchant company" and users as the "merchant users". The merchant users include the administrators, sales representatives, marketing representatives, and call center users. All merchant users are assigned the role that has the "Administrator" role type. In the B2B setup, these users are listed in the Users:Users B2B area of the Business Center. Similarly, in the B2C setup, these users are listed in the Users:Users B2C area of the Business Center.
