Multiple order viewing

Multiple order viewing is a business intelligence type of functionality that enables users to monitor, view, and organize orders into different categories. Going to the Order History page in the Customer Center, customers can view orders by order status, quarter, or year. Orders can also be organized into the following categories:

• Order Number

• Brand

• Amount

• Delivery Date

• Percentage

Order results in all categories display the price and the delivered quantity for each item. To view all SKUs in each order line, click the Expand All icon. To revert to the line view, click Collapse All.

Organizing orders into different categories requires administrators to classify order status codes and item attribute codes. For example, the customer order status "Pending" can include order status codes, "Incoming," "Packed," and "Allocated." The item attribute "Color" can include item attribute codes "ABC123 Blue" and "XYZ567 Raspberry." To sort these codes, an Order Status Maintenance page and an Item Attribute Maintenance page are available in the Business Center.
