Important precautions

When you are working with the application settings, you are working with the foundation of the entire system, and hence you need to keep the following points in mind as you work:

• Several parameters are set as application properties by using the Infor e-Commerce Development Studio.

• If you are making changes directly in the databases rather than through the Business Center presentation, avoid deleting entries or modifying the names of existing entries in the Application Data table. If you add new entries, you also need to modify the Business Center.
