Translating other text items
In addition to the application texts, there are several other types of text items. In the Business Center, enter translations for all entries in the following areas:

Users:Contact Groups – Enter a name and description for each contact group. See also Set up the Customer Center emails.

Items:Categories – Enter a name and description for each category. See also Adding customer item number.

Page text for the new language must be added for each text item on each page of the application. You can add this in any of three ways: using the Business Center, accessing the database directly, or importing from XML files.
