Multi-customer users in the Customer Center
Multi-customer users with administrative rights
These users are associated with a group of companies and have the "Reseller administrator" role. These users can do the following:

Edit the roles. Only roles of type "Customer User" are available for selection.

Change the approval limit or approver for any of the available companies, in addition to the default shipping address.

Create new users for the available companies.

Edit profiles of users from the available companies.
-
Edit profile of the available companies. This requires that the user have the "Company Profile Edit" feature element.

Move users across the available companies (change the master company of users).
-
Change the default company (log-in company) of users from the available companies.

Create orders for the available companies.
To change to another company:

Log on to the Customer Center as a multi-customer user.

On the footer section, click My Company > Change.
The Select Active Company page displays a list of available companies.

Click the Select link in the row corresponding to the company you want to represent.

In the short-cut menu displayed, click Select.
The page refreshes to display your active company.
You can also set the default company. The default company is automatically be selected when you log on the next time.
To change a user’s master company:

Log on to the Customer Center as a multi-customer user.

On the footer section, click My Company > Change. From the list of available companies, select the company for which you want to edit users.

Click Users.
The Company Users page list all users belonging to the company selected.

Select the user you want to edit.
The User Profile page is displayed.

In the Master Company list, select a company you wish to assign to the user.
You can also set the default company. The default company is automatically be selected when the user logs on the next time.

Click Save.
The Main Company area is refreshed to display the name of the new company.
Multi-customer users without administrative rights
These users are associated with a group of companies and have the "Reseller" role. These users can:

Edit the user profile.
-
View the approver details for any of the available companies.
-
Create orders for the available companies.
