Quick orders

The quick-order form enables customers who are very familiar with the merchant’s catalog to fill their order forms very quickly by entering item number (product IDs) and quantities directly into a multi-row form.

Once a user enters a quantity, the form simultaneously checks that each quantity is valid for the item ordered. The user is immediately notified to make corrections if errors are identified.

Only users that have a role that includes the "Quick Order Entry" feature element can send and receive collaborated orders (see Roles, segments, and feature elements). In the default Infor e-Commerce setup, this element is part of the "Quick Ordering" user role, which can be assigned both by the merchant administrator working in the Business Center (see Customer users) and by the reseller administrator for users at his or her own company (see Roles assignable by resellers).
