User types

Infor e-Commerce has the following types of users:

• Guest User – These users are not registered in the Customer Center. They are allowed to browse the catalog, but not place orders. See Customer users for more details.

• Merchant User – These are the users from the company running Infor e-Commerce.

• Prospect User – These users are unregistered users subscribing for Infor e-Commerce newsletter.

• Single User or Consumer User – These users are self-registered in Customer Center. For more details, see Single users.

• Customer User or Reseller – These users belong to a company and they are registered in the Business Center. See Customer users for more details.
