Configuring the Customer Center email messages
Many of the details of the messages submitted from the Customer Center are made using the Application Setup: Texts area of the Business Center by modifying the text for the MailAcknowledge.jsp page.
Note: The address to which the e-mail is delivered is controlled
by the contacts configured for the current customer.

To make the text settings for the MailAcknowledge.jsp page:
- Log on to the Business Center as a merchant administrator.
- Click the Application Setup > Texts link in the navigator.

In the Filter area, do the following:
- Click the name in the Text Name column to edit the value of that item.
- Save your changes when you are done.
- Continue working with these text items until you have finished configuring and/or translating each of them.
