Configuring approval for each user
When you are using order approval, each user who must have the orders approved by a third party must be configured with a minimum approval limit (MAL) and be assigned an approver. The MAL sets the total order price above which approval will be required; the approver is the user who must approve orders above the MAL. When a qualifying order is submitted, an e-mail is automatically sent to the e-mail address configured for the specified approver.
Both the MAL and approver are configured using the User Profile area of the Customer Center (this area is only accessible to reseller administrators). See Order approval for more information about how to work with the relevant settings.
