Password features

Infor e-Commerce has the following features under the password policy:

• Password rules - Provides a validation of the passwords you create to apply to a set of rules. These rules cover the following:

  • Have minimum and maximum characters

  • Contain both upper and lower case characters

  • Contain at one or more special characters

  • Contain at least one special character

• User lockout - Adds the ability of a user account to be locked after a specified number of attempts. This prevents user accounts from being compromised by malicious software that attempts different passwords until the right one is found. You can also forcibly lock a user account.
