Identify the store location

The Store feature provides a map canvass that enables users to identify and pin a store's location. The map canvass offers two options for displaying information: street view or earth view (3D or satellite display). Users can zoom in and zoom out the map's display, and find out the distance between the nearest store and their current location.

Note: Identifying the customer's current location is available only on iOS devices with GPS capability.

The search field of the Location tab is pre-populated with the city, state, and country that you specified as the store address. On the search field of the Location tab, you can type another address and press Enter on your keyboard.

You can use a pin on the map canvass to mark the location of the store address. When clicked, the pin shows a balloon window that contains the store name, contact details, and image. To find out more information, you can click the link "More Details." Additionally, you can move the pin to mark any location on the map.
