Delivery notes
Delivery notes contain the details of each item delivered to a customer. The delivery note accompanies the goods, when they are delivered to the customers. Customers check whether the goods they have received are according to the delivery note.
The Order History > Delivery Notes area of the Customer Center lists all delivery notes relevant to the active user. However, to view the delivery notes, the user must have a role that includes the "Delivery Notes" feature element. Users can also access delivery notes related to the active customer provided he/she has the role that includes the "Delivery Notes Admin" feature element.
Click the Delivery ID to view the details. The details include the customer and shipping information, quantity of items delivered, and packaging information for each item.
