Overview on sharing item details over Social Networks

Infor e-Commerce allows users to share item information and image to their Facebook walls and Twitter timelines. From the Item Details page, a user can click the Facebook or Twitter button to share the item information. The user can also recommend an item to their Facebook friends by clicking on the Recommend button.

When a friend of an Infor e-Commerce user clicks on the shared item from the user's Facebook wall or Twitter timeline, the friend is redirected to the Item Details page for that item.

By enabling sharing over social networks, you can gain more new customers from your user's social network friends, and at the same time add a social element and more user engagement to your site.
