Tax-display options
There are two ways of showing prices to customers paying tax:

Including tax – The tax is added, but the customer is not shown how much of the price is due to tax.

Not including tax – Catalog prices do not show tax, but the order form shows a line stating the total tax due on the order and will add this to the total price.
This option is controlled by the "Tax Handling" feature element. Users having this element (typically consumers) always see prices that include tax (as described in the first point above). Users without this element only see tax charges on the order form.
