Uploading items

  1. Log on to the Business Center as a merchant administrator.
  2. Click Application Setup > Search Engine link in the navigator.

    The Search Engine page is displayed.

  3. In the Add New Assortment area, click Find. In the Assortment Finder page, select the assortment you want to upload and click Save. Repeat this step until you have added all assortments.
  4. Click the Application Setup > Scheduled Jobs link in the navigator.
  5. In the Scheduled Job page, run the job Item.UploadItemToSearchEngine.

    Items from the selected assortments are uploaded to Google Base systems which you have configured.

    For any changes you make affecting item (updating item details or adding new item) in Infor e-Commerce, you need to run the Item.UploadItemToSearchEngine scheduled job so that the changes are reflected in the Google Base.

    To delete all items from Google Base, run the Item.ClearAllDeletedItemFromSearchEngine schedule job.

    However, if you delete an item in Infor e-Commerce, you must run the Item.DeleteItemFromSearcEngine to remove that particular item from Google Base.
