Modifying customer information

  1. Log on to the Business Center as a merchant administrator.
  2. In the B2B setup, click the Users:Customers B2B link in the navigator.

    In the B2C setup, click the Users:Customers B2C link in the navigator.

  3. Specify your search criteria in the search form and then click Search to find the customer you want to work with.

    The customers matching your search criteria are listed (submit a blank search form to find all customers).

  4. Click the name in the Customer Name column.
  5. Make necessary modifications and then click Save.
