User segments
User segments provide another method for grouping users. User segment membership is evaluated based on properties of each user (for example, country or residence, company address) rather than assigned explicitly, as with user roles.
Merchants can tailor the selection of campaigns, discounts, fees, and assortments that are available to each user segment.
User segments apply across the Customer Center and they can be used for other purposes, such as calculating delivery fees.
When you create a new user segment, you give the new segment a name and then establish a set of criteria for determining membership to that segment.
