Customer groups
Customers can be linked together in a parent-child relationship. For example, Customer A can be the parent of customers B, C and D. Grouping customers in a parent-child relationship allows users to be associated with more than one customer. Infor e-Commerce allows only two levels of hierarchy in this model - parent and child customers. Also, a customer can have only one parent. Some customers have no child or parent customers and they just exist by themselves.
