Enabling order-approval messaging

An e-mail alert is sent to the appropriate approver each time a user for whom the "Send Mail on Order" feature element is enabled submits an order that must be approved. Similarly, each time an approver rejects an order, a message is returned to the buyer provided the approver also has the "Send Mail on Order" feature element. Usually, you will enable this for both types of users in order to ensure that the approval feature works consistently.
