Items in Customer Center
The Item Details page shows detailed information about a single item. It appears when a customer clicks the item number anywhere in the Customer Center, such as from the item list, personal shopping cart, or order form. In addition to the information provided by the item, the Item Details page provides a brief description, image, and item weight information and so on. It also shows a list of replacement items (if the item is currently out of stock), higher-performance items (upsale), related accessories (crosssale) or also ordered items. Finally, the detailed view allows customers to specify variants when they are available.
In a B2B setup, the item details page has additional elements on it:

Related items list - Depending on the item, this tab shows upsale, cross sale, or replacement items.

Quantity field - To order the item, customers must enter a quantity here and click Update Order Form.
In a B2C setup, the item details page has the following additional elements:

Top seller – If the item is a top seller, a graphic marker shows in the item image.

Also ordered items – This section appears on the left, and it shows items that other users bought after buying the currently displayed item.

Overall user ratings – The user can rate the item according to several criteria.

Related items – Usually found below the item image, this section displays items related to the current item.

Other users' ratings – Usually found below the related items section, this part shows the ratings for the current item given by other users/
