Using Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a Web-based tool that allows you to basically monitor and check how your customers and visitors find and use your e-commerce site. It provides you data on how visitors get to your site, where they come from, and what pages they visit.
Google Analytics also allows you to track the performance of your marketing campaigns, keywords, and online ads.
Using Infor e-Commerce with Google Analytics for e-commerce tracking, you can gather transaction data regarding e-commerce activities such as top selling items, average amount per transaction, order activities, as well as derive trends from transaction history. You don’t have to modify your pages to use Google Analytics - Infor e-Commerce makes it easy for you to set up your site for e-commerce tracking.
First, you need to create a Google Analytics account at www.google.com/analytics. You will also need to tell Google Analytics that your site is an e-commerce site; by default, this is disabled. This is necessary so that Google Analytics can track your site properly. Take note of the tracking ID that Google Analytics will provide for your site. You need this tracking ID when you configure Infor e-Commerce to use Google Analytics.
