The Business Center

If you go to the Business Center from the Customer Center, then you are probably already logged in. However, if you load the Business Center directly or if the connection times out (for example, after 20 minutes of inactivity), a login form appears before any other sections can be accessed.

Infor e-Commerce includes a password-protected administration interface called the Business Center. Authorized personnel can maintain the database contents from any web browser. Whether you use this web interface or an existing system for data maintenance may depend on the level of interface that is desired for the concrete solution.

An order-processing interface enables authorized shipping personnel to process orders online through a web browser. Alternatively, orders can be submitted directly to the back end system and processed.

With the advanced user segmentation and item targeting features, merchants can control features, items, parts, and offers available to each user. Users can be grouped into logical segments for target marketing.
