Establishing stores

The merchant administrator must create stores in the Business Center to enable customers to locate stores in the Customer Center.

The Stores list page in the Business Center lists all stores that are created in Infor e-Commerce. Users can filter the list of stores by store type.

  1. Log on to the Business Center as merchant administrator.
  2. In the navigation tree, click Shop > Store.
  3. Click Create New.

    The Store Details page is displayed.

  4. Specify the following information.
    Name

    (Mandatory) Type the store name.

    Type

    (Mandatory) Select a store type from the list.

    Email

    Type the e-mail address.

    Phone

    Provide a phone number.

    Website

    Specify the store or company web site.

    Street

    (Mandatory) Type the street location of the store.

    City

    (Mandatory) Type the city location of the store.

    Postal Code

    (Mandatory) Provide the postal code.

    Country

    Select the country location of the store from the list.

    State

    Select a state from the list.

  5. To set store hours in the 12-hour time format, select the check box.
  6. Click Create.
  7. Click Save.
