Add an image to an item using IDM

For this procedure, you will use the Infor Smart Office (ISO) to add an image to an item.

  1. On the ISO, open M3 program MMS001 (Item.Open).
  2. Search for an item. Right-click on the item then select Add Document to Link > [Title of link you entered earlier] > EsaRelatedImage.
  3. In the IDM client, click Browse. Select the image to be added.
  4. Set the following properties:
    Status

    Determines whether the image is displayed. Set Status to Draft or Invalid if the image is not to be displayed. Set Status to Approved so that the image is displayed.

    Default

    Default value is zero. Set to 1 if the image should be the default image (if there are more than one image for the item). Leave to default if there is only one image for the item.

  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Finish.
